20 Years of Passion & Craft

In 2005, Hoang turned his lifelong passion into reality — carrying on a family tradition of Japanese fine cuisine. He left a successful career behind to create a place where people could experience high-quality sushi made with the freshest ingredients, prepared with care and artistry.

What started as a small sushi bar in Stockton has grown into two beloved locations, serving hundreds of thousands of guests who return again and again for the quality, warmth, and authenticity that defines Raw.
